THE TOM TOM.WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A PLUG AN GO DEVISE.I TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX THE DISPLAY DID NOT WORK.SO I HAD TO SEND IT BACK.IT TOOK ABOUT A WEEK. THEY SENT ME A NEW ONE.IT WORKS FINE.I DO BELIEVE THAT FOR MOST FOLKS THIS WOULD BE A DISASTER.MEGELLIN SEEMS TO BE A BETTER PICK FOR THE MONEY.LESS PROBLEMS

The first one will not turn on , the ad I read said a 30.00 rebate. And now I am told there is no rebate. This is going to make how I will make any other purchases with Amazon.Also blue tooth and hands free is two different meaning.

We really enjoy the tom tom, but the item was listed NEW, and is not, also there is NO Disc to update the item. I wont be dealing with this particular seller again!!

I purchased TomTom One XL refurbished from Amazon for $99. It was good price. However it can not be charged when I got it. I called TomTom, the service was good. I sent the broken one to TomTom and got the good one.

I had good price(new one need $240) with some trouble.
