I purchased this GPS with great anticapation. I drive a truck for a living. Getting directions through city streets are critcal. This product is terrible on rerouting, does’nt have addresses listed that have been around forever. The display sucks. Can’t see it under sunny conditions.

The screen is nice, but the graphics from world nav is not a bit neat, just like scribbled. It takes for ever to build up the route. When you shut it down, you have to start all over again when starting up. It doesn’t just stop navigating where you stop, when switched on again it starts from where you are and all the other miles are lost. At startup it takes quite a while ’till it found its satellites.

My WorldNav gps was easy to learn, big enough that I can read the street names, and is real easy for adding new waypoints. While not a big deal, it’s too bad I can’t enter a multi-point trip. Then again maybe there is but I haven’t figured it out yet! Still learning the gps side, have not tried adding photos, music, or movies.

We were using the GPS, Tom Tom and loved it the only problem was it was for personal travel in cars. As an owner of a semi, we needed something which navigated us using roads we are legal to be on. A few friends has just purchased the World Nav. so we researched it. We found it to be a little pricey compared to other versions but chose it because of the professional driving options. We like everything so far except for the screen seems to flicker. We are getting used to how it operates but would love to have a combination of Tom Tom and World Navs best options for our next future GPS.
