What good is Zagat rating at a restaurent on this unit if you can’t call the restaurent?
What good is this devise if it can’t pair with a BLACKBERRY 8320 a phone that has been on the market over a year an a half?
I just recieved this thing today and frankly I am totally bumbed out!. I have been a garmin user for three years now an liked the pricing and technical advances with this item. coming from Garmin, I must say Im not impressed with its user friendliness. Garmin tops it!. UNFORTUNATELY!.
I consider myself a techy and I’m tellin ya, this I had to call Navi 4 times just to put in an address.
I’m not sure why the device picked up my 8320 for pairing and entered into cyber brains spasm and never came out!. If only this device would pair with my phone I would be inclined to keep it but its not so what to do?

I bought the 7200 becuse all the bells and whistles… Navigon is great exept they have built their nav system on a version of windows that is unstable. When the unit comes out of standby, not all of the buttons work or it just locks up and you have to reboot it. $300 junk. I will say if it were a stable system Iwould go back to them. For now the bad OS makes the thing worthless

I gave two stars just because it fixed routing and touch screen issue previous models have. I deducted three stars because of buttons still being too small and POI data base is a total joke.

I purchased the Navigon 2100 Max through another supplier, didn’t need it until 2 months after the date I received it. First time I turned it on, it gave an error message. Rebouted. Attempted to contact customer service, closed on weekends. Tried again, took a route very familiar with, my work to my home. Once it told me to make a left on the exit ramp of on comming traffic. Since I knew the route, knew better, got on 309 to Philadelphia, lost me when it I exited from 309. Called customer service, could not locate route 309, even though the represenative said they use google maps. Highway has been there the 20 years plus I’ve lived in Philadelphia, so it’s not like the city work up and said “gee let’s build a new highway” Represenative said to upload fresh maps, and that should solve it. Registered the product, uploaded the maps, decided to take it from home to work, overrode the directions, no recalculation, just a bunch of red lines. Called customer service and told them I wanted to return it, felt it was dangerous. Customer service said I had to send it back to the retailer. Explained the return date had passed, it was their product, they should take it back. Got an e-mail from Navigon from a person ideentified as Chris. When I called Navigon, the person who answered said no one by that name worked for Navigon. Said really, how could someone send an e-mail from your website and not work there? Did they hack in. Finally admitted that the Chris was on another line, but she could help me. Explained the problem, said I probably had an incorrect GPS signal, turn off the GPS, go outside, turn it on and stay there for 15 minutes. That should fix it. Explained it was 30 degrees out, and asked the represenative if she would stand outside for 15 minutes in 30 degrees. Represenative said no, asked why she told me to do so. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau with them. Purchased a Garmin 765T, Got it, turned it on, works like a charm. Please be careful what you purchase from this company.

To say that i am disappointed and feel mislead on this product is an understatement. I “upgraded” to the 7200 from a garmin nuvi 360. What a huge mistake!!!!! This is the least user friendly navigation that i have ever used. Its difficult to enter information via the touch screen. Its instructions are piss poor. The real time traffic which is what originally drew me to this device is pathetic at best. This would possibly be functional if you had another person in the car to adjust settings for you as you drove. Do not waste your money on this product…you will regret it.
